Shipping and Refunds Policy

We do not offer any refunds for shipping delays. Once the package is shipped it is out of our hands.

If item(s) arrive damaged you MUST submit photos of damaged packaging, damaged item(s) inside of packaging, and close up of damaged item(s) within 3 days of delivery.

If it is clear damage took place PRIOR to delivery, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to return the damaged item(s) within 7 days. Store credit or exchange may be arranged once we have gotten the damaged item(s) back.

Digital Products

Absolutely no refunds are given for digital products. If there are issues make sure you contact us.


We cannot guarantee exact colors as every printing process produces colors differently and every fabric base takes and holds colors differently.

Absolutely no refunds are given for fabric that has not been damaged prior to shipping.

DTF Transfers

We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you. We guarantee our transfers to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.

Understandably, B.Y.O.D. transfers cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  Please carefully review your art work or design before sending it, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your art work.  All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
