DTF Transfers
When choosing the size of your transfer, note that your size will apply to the LONGER side of your design.
We can print up to 22″ x your desired length. Anything over 14″ or more than 7 transfers will be shipped rolled in a box.
If multiple smaller designs are purchased, we reserve the right to print them on one sheet, called a gang sheet, instead of multiple pages.
Transfers are printed mirrored (reversed).
DTF transfers are handled by a vendor and will be shipped within 4-6 business days from the date you place your order.
If ordering items other than DTF transfers on the same order, calculated shipping may seem higher because your order will be coming in separate packages from different locations. This also means, if you order items with a longer TAT, you will not have to wait to get your transfers. They will still be mailed within the above TAT.
DTF transfers are NOT:
- Sublimation Transfers
- HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
- Screen printed
- Home or inkjet printed transfers
DTF Transfers can be used with:
- any color garment
- virtually any fabric type that can be adequately pressed
DTF transfers REQUIRE:
- A heat press
Pressing Instructions:
- Press your shirt to remove wrinkles and any moisture at 280 for 10-15 seconds.
- Lay transfer on shirt and press at 280 for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure. (If the transfer has detail that is small, raise the pressure to heavy.)
- COLD PEEL…wait until the transfer is completely cooled off before removing film
- Place shirt back under heat press and press with a cover sheet at 280 for 5 seconds.
Washing Instructions:
- Turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash COLD.
- No bleach or oxi clean.
- No fabric softeners.
- Hang to dry.
- Low heat to remove wrinkles.

Sublimation Transfers

We can print up to 8.25″x47″. Anything over 14″ will be shipped rolled in a box.
If multiple smaller designs are purchased, we reserve the right to print them on one sheet, called a gang sheet, instead of multiple pages.
Sublimation transfers appear dull when printed and vibrant once pressed. The lighter the color of your blank the more vibrant the colors.
Transfers are printed mirrored (reversed).
Allow up to 3-5 business days for transfers to be shipped, unless they are ordered with other items with a longer TAT. Then, they will be shipped when the entire order is completed.
If you want to rush your transfers or get them shipped separately from items with a longer TAT in your order, you can add our SKIP THE LINE option to your order.
Sublimation transfers are NOT:
- HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
- Screen printed
- Home or inkjet printed transfers
Sublimation Transfers CANNOT:
- Be printed with white ink
- Be applied to 100% cotton materials
- Be applied to dark colored materials
- Be applied with a conventional iron
Sublimation transfers REQUIRE:
- A heat press or easy press
- Products that are at least 60% polyester or are made for sublimation
Pressing instructions can vary based on your product. Please follow your product manufacturers recommended settings.
